Results of 2nd Competitive Market Conditions Survey

Report on Local Calling Areas
The Michigan Public Service Commission issued this report to the Legislature and Governor on (i) the percentage of intra-LATA calls and minutes of usage which are charged as basic local exchange calls, (ii) the average size and range of sizes of basic local exchange calling areas, (iii) the ability of customers to contact emergency services, school districts, and county, municipal, and local units of government without a toll call, among other matters.

Strategic Energy Assessment: Final Report
This report by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin covers historic data for the years of 1995-1999, some historic and some forecast data for the year 2000, and forecast data for the years of 2001–2002. The report evaluates the adequacy and reliability of Wisconsin’s current and future electrical supply using information provided by electricity providers and transmission providers.
